PERU - PISCO HUT

The best place to live the andean experiece. Sorounded by the highest peaks of Perù this cozy hut will welcome you and let you rest before climbing Pisco or the trek to Laguna 69.

HOW TO REACH THE HUT FROM THE CITY OF HUARAZ

Go to the town of Yungay and head towards the Cordillera Blanca off road up to Cebollapampa, considering an estimated time of two hours. From this point on you start the walk to the Peru HUT with an estimated time of two hours and a half.

- Nevado Pisco climb.
- 2 days trekking to Laguna 69.
- Trekking Camino de los Dioses.

Huts (Perù, Ishinca, Huascaran, Contrahierba)

  • Bed (night) 70 Soles
  • Basic (night, breakfast) 120 Soles
  • Half Board (night, breakfast y dinner) 180 Soles

Vivaque Longoni and Casa Huaripampa

  • Night 60 Soles

Huachucocha Chalets

  • up to 6 persons, 450 Soles (price per night in a medium sized Chalet)
  • up to 12 persons, 550 Soles (price per night in a large sized Chalet)

Extras (snacks, drinks and food) are not included in the boards. The price does not include the entrance fee to the Huascaran National Park (Huachucocha, Huaripampa and Contrahierba are not in the park). Caffeteria and restaurant are available to non guests.

Professional Guides for Climbing or Trekking To reach and spend the night in the Andean huts, it is not necessary to use the services of high-altitude guides. However, if you wish to undertake high-altitude mountaineering during your stay, it is mandatory, according to the regulations of Huascarán National Park, to be accompanied by recognized mountain guides. “Refugios Andinos” strongly recommends the following services:
